Please find below the official schedule of the 7th Congress of the Moderate Radicals Party of Talossa:
Registrations for the Congress begin: 10 August (to stay open throughout all the Congress)
Congress Opening: 16 August
Submissions and discussions of amendments to the manifesto & statutes (for consideration in the first round): 16-25 August
Vote on first round of Manifesto amendments: 22-25 August
Vote on first round of statutory amendments: 25-28 August
Submissions and discussions of amendments to the Manifesto & statutes (for consideration in the second round): 25-28 August
Vote on second round of amendments to the Manifesto: 29-1 August-September
Vote on second round of statutory amendments: 2 September - 5 September
Vote on final version of the Manifesto: 2 September - 5 September
Leadership election: 3-6 September
Appointment of a Party Whip: 5 September
Objections to presumptive Party Whip: 6-7 September
Vote on Cosa candidates and needed Senate endorsements: 7-11 September
Vote on motions: Whenever appropriate.
Last minute voting on motions, statute amendments, corrections, etc.: 11-14 September
Congress closing: 14 September

If I'm correct, we need to have a leadership election this congress as well. That hasn't been included in the schedule yet, but it has to be done before a party whip can be appointed.

My advice would be to take more time for the leadership election and do it earlier. A leader needs to be elected before a party whip can be appointed.
