3 options;
1. Public voting, just like all of the other votes
2. Thread with poll, which gives privacy without using a third party platform.
3. Use a third party platform
The election was supposed to start today, if no one responds in 24 hours I will make a poll.

The last time we actually used a third party platform (ElectionBuddy) with Instant Runoff Voting. It's free for less than 20 voters, so since there are less than 20 people registered to the congress we should be good to go.
