I hereby declare the congress officially opened.
I further announce that Lüc da Schir will serve as.
All members are invited to participate in the congress and help us decide the course of the party for the coming term.
Non members are also free to create a guest account and comment on the discussions.

We are very pleased to have as many Talossans as possible joining us for this event, but of course as with all fora it’s nice to have some structure and some rules. Most rules of wittiquette apply here as well, specifically wittiquette 1, 2, 3!, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15 and 16 (you can read general discussion instead of chatroom)
