I'm registering for spot 101.
This means I will only elected if we get more than 100 seats. (Or if because of MC's going absent being rejected by the party, or if we get much more seats than expected or if turnout is extremely high, there arent enough people to fill all the spots.) Otherwise I dont intend to serve as MC.

Not really. If you look at the digest the candidates in the first spots would together be entitled to all the seats up untill seat 101.
