Azul, cuncitaxhiêns és zelegätsen "aic dàl már"!
Firstly, I am happy to hear that the Moderate Radicals are on board with the proposal of my party, the Defenders of Talossan Republicanism (ZRT) for a united front to replace the permanent RUMP government at the next election, under the slogan TIME'S UP. I look forward to us concentrating our fire on the RUMP rather than each other at that stage.
Given that, though, what are Moderate Radicals of Fiôvâ to do, given that the choice will be between two "opposition" candidates - my good self, and Ián Txáglh of the Peculiarists? Here are some suggestions why Moderate Radicals should vote for myself under these circumstances:
- The Senäts will need as strong as possible an Opposition presence, given that - even if we sweep the popular vote - it is likely that the RUMP will still have a majority in our upper house. And who could possibly be a "stronger" voice for the New Majority than my good self? Even if you don't like my voice, you can't deny it's loud!
- Unlike my opponent, I have always been strongly involved in Talossan politics - in fact, in Republican days, cxhn. Txáglh on several occasions declared himself apolitical and anarchistic. In fact, Peculiarism is something of an anarchistic philosophy. I know how to write laws, make speeches and do deals. I have the experience of legislating in micronations going back 15 years.
- Seriously, I have no wish to belittle those who speak English as a second or other language; but I suggest you want someone who can follow the debates of the Senäts in at least one of the national languages. I don't know how good Ián's Talossan is, but I'll take the Pepsi challenge against him.
- You know me well. You know who am I and what I'll do. Cxhn. Txáglh is much more of an unknown quantity.
Therefore, I respectfully solicit the Moderate Radical endorsement as Senator for Fiôvâ, to stand beside at least one (hopefully more!) MRPT Senators.
