1. The congress strongly encourages all MRPT MC's to take part in the Talossan Snap Stein, organised by M.T. Patritz da Biondeu.
2. The congress encourages all MRPT MC's to chose the entire Kingdom of Talossa as their consituency rather than a smaller geographical area.
3. The congress proposes that the party leader will be in charge of coalition negotations assisted by the cosa list leader and advices the party leadership to propose amendments to the key statutes to this effect during the next cosa term.
4. The congress charges Lüc da Schir of making the video campaign for the General Election.
5. The congress charges Lüc da Schir of making the PDF files with the manifesto for the General Elections.
6. The congress demands that any government coalition agreement needs support of at least a majority of MC's as well as the support of the majority of the members voting in a referendum on the matter and advices the party leadership to propose amendments to the key statutes to this effect during the next cosa term.
7. The congress demands that the MRPT should under no circumstances allow a government supported by the MRPT to take steps leading to the end of the Monarchy.
8. The congress demands that the MRPT should under no circumstances allow a government supported by the MPRT to take steps that are in conflict with, or lead to the end of, the separation between church and state in talossa.
9. The congress suggests that the provincial members of the MRPT in a province with an indirect partisan democracy are responsible for drafting a candidate list in that province and that the party leader is responsible for drafting a candidate list in provinces with an indirect partisan democracy in which there are no MRPT members.
10 The congress advices the party leadership to propose amendments to the key statute next cosa term to create statutory guidelines for provincial departments of the party.
11. The congress strongly encourages MRPT MC's to not become minister in a cabinet unless the MRPT is part of the governing coalition.
12. The congress proposes the following 50 word statement to be used during the next elections:
"We are not the party of getting stuck in the present, protecting the status quo at any cost. We are not the party of the past, trying to just recreate the Republic (or Kingdom) that was. We are the party of a united future for a growing Kingdom of Talossa."
13. The congress proposes that the MRPT will enter the next election using the motto: "MRPT, the reasonable alternative."
