Here you can state your intention to be placed in the MRPT's MC candidates' list (and therefore to serve as MC for the MRPT in the 50th Cosa). You can apply for a spot between 2 and 200; spot 1 is reserved for the Party Whip that will be appointed later. The order of the candidates on the list (except the first spot) will be finalized by a vote which will also break ties in case multiple candidates want the same spot.
As always, senatorial candidates can only apply for spots > 10 (so from 11 onwards).
Current MC candidates' list: 1. Ian Plätschisch (Party Whip, not subject to confirmation vote) 2. Glüc da Dhi 3. Alexandreu Soleiglhfred 4. Jeremy Davis 5. Erschéveþ da Schir 6. Martì Valtadestreça
11. Lüc da Schir

To be clear, the way the list usually works is N candidates occupy the places 1-N on the list (so 5 candidates: 1-5), with the 1/2 senatorial candidates usually after a gap on 11-12. If you want to be placed in 12th it's fine, just remember this implies you'll receive a lower number of seats than the others. Say we get 40 seats and have five candidates, 1-4 and you on 12: C1: 1, 5, 9, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30, 34, 39 = 10 seatsC2: 2, 6, 10, 15, 19, 23, 27, 31, 35, 40 = 10 seatsC3: 3, 7, 11, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 37 = 9 seatsC4: 4, 8, 13, 17, 21, 25, 29, 33, 38 = 9 seatsYou: 12, 24, 36 = 3 seats
It's a bit complicated to explain (one good idea for this congress would be streamlining seat allocations...) but this is how it works. A side effect of this looping way of apportioning seats is that if you apply for spot N and we get less than N seats, you don't get any seats. TL;DR: The higher the number, the less seats you'll receive. If you're okay with this, I would suggest switching to a lower number between 2 and 7 (no number is too low, we'll break ties later if it's needed!).

Not that it matters now, but I think it would actually be C1 1 5 9 14 19 24 29 34 39 = 9 seats C2 2 6 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 = 9 seats C3 3 7 11 16 21 26 31 36 = 8 seats C4 4 8 13 18 23 28 33 38 = 8 seats You 12 17 22 27 32 37 = 6 seats

Very well though, we're already the same amount as last time. Plus Zane we'll be at least five, and we never had five MCs serving simultaneously.
It will also be the first time we get to have the same three MCs stay on for more than two Cosas (on the 46th, 47th and 48th Cosa we had three almost entirely different teams!). So it's nice to have a little stability in our lineup.
Jeremy in the team will also mean that we have always added at least a new MC (that had never served as such before) to the parliamentary group in every GE we've contested.
And of course it's great to have Alexandreu back on the MRPT's Candidates List three full years after the last time he appeared there!
