I'm definitely not running for party leader, but since we are discussing this here I do think that if we should be willing to take our responsibility for a cabinet, even if its in a reduced role. At the same time if we are going to support a cabinet we might as well have some influence on their policy (thats part of why people would vote for us right?) Plus I feel its more democratic if a government does not have the support of a majority. (And frankly neither a single party FDT nor a single party RUMP government would have my support.) So Im not really a fan of a term as crossbenchers. Anyway, I could support a coalition with both the RUMP or the FDA. A coalition with the FDT would not be something I would rule out altogether, I just don't consider it very likely.
Other than that, I share your views, except I am not opposed to cross-benching for a term if it is necessary/favorable.

Well, I am not opposed to a term of cross-benching, either. I think we have been too government-driven in the past Cosas; as Lüc says, we should take some time to come to our senses again.

I am not opposed to it, but I think we should not actively resist being in government if we are needed, and we shouldn't rule anything out until after elections.

I think that since we probably will be a minority party we might not have that much say, however if we make a few deals with either RUMP or FDT we could have, possibly, more say. However if we want to instead focus on are own party and try to get more support without any outside deal that could work, I just think that as of now making a few deals could help us.

We should certainly focus more on developing the party than we focus on gaining say. Trying to gain power for the sake of it is not likely to do us any good. However, if the opportunity to negotiate with the RUMP (or the FDT) arises, I would not turn it down on it's face.
But yes, if we support a minority government from the outside, it would be preferable to have a little influence, as Gluc mentioned.
