As Congress Leader, I do hereby appoint Glüc da Dhi as Deputy Congress Leader. A concept agenda of the congress will be posted on this board shortly. Please note that the official Pre-Congress is supposed to start on October 19th and to finish on November 2nd, while the Congress itself will start on November 3rd, the last activities will end on November 30th but the official end of the congress will be the 1st of December with the Seahorse Fest on Wittenberg.
